OUR EXPERTISE
Terry Oliver has over 40 years of broad-based experience in management of civil construction and design-build infrastructure projects, particularly working with TxDOT in the Central Texas and Dallas/Ft Worth area. He was the Chief Earthwork and Roadway Engineer on SH 130 Segment 1-5 in Austin, which was the first Design/Build project let by TxDOT. His extensive background includes diversified project management experience with practical knowledge of design coordination, construction means and methods, project controls, cost forecasting, contract administration, engineering oversight, materials engineering and construction quality management.
